How to get it?

Here you can find all the files that you need to build your own copy of Gwyscope, which is the recommended way how to get it. We will be happy for a feedback if there is anything unclear.

If you are interested in obtaining already assembled and tested boards, in a box with a power supply, contact us.

Electronic boards and stable versions of software

KiCad source files of electronics boards and related software documentation can be found at Sourceforge.net.

Version 4 - Initial publicly available release. This version can also be downloaded directly from Gwyscope websites here:

Version 6 - Currently only electronics boards were released. Software and related documentation are still under final testing, check the actual development version.

Development versions

Gwyscope code can be accessed directly at Sourceforge.net. It includes various independent parts:

  • gwyhwserver_gwyscope - server controlling everything which runs on RedPitaya
  • gwyscopefpga - project to compile its FPGA bitstream
  • gwyscopefpgaqm - separate FPGA bitstream for off-resonance tapping
  • gwyscope - a sample client GUI
  • simple examples of command-line clients to show the principles of client-server control

Please note that the development version might be unstable, even if we try to make sure that the three parts are always mutually compatible.
